These might be the most comforting and inspiring lines on the internet and very relevant in today’s world. We constantly live in a stressed zone. We stress about anything and everything. About not being pretty enough, smart enough, cool enough, rich enough or being too much of either of these. We find faults in just about everything, and manage to be stressed about being stressed! And then we google it up- How to be stress-free? We even resort to pills and then stress about the fact that our stress has become a medical condition. You know what? They key to not being stressed lies only within yourself. Don’t let your stress get out of hand before you take notice. Act on it now.

How to live in a stress-free LIFE?

Make positive changes in your life. Do things that make you happy, a little more often. Try to maintain a positive attitude. Engage with people who do things, and encourage you to do the same. Do not be around toxic people. Develop an interest in life as you see it- the people, things, literature, music- the world is so rich, simply throbbing with rich treasures, beautiful souls, and interesting people. Always keep your heart, mind, and soul open to others. Indulge in meditation, it changes your life like nothing else! It brings tranquility and helps soothe your mind and body. Go with the flow, stop thinking too much, and stop anticipating. Enjoy every moment. Thank the universe for the adversities you face. It only means you are capable of getting through them. Focus on personal growth. It becomes so addictive once you realize that it is always possible to improve your experience of being. Begin to trust yourself. And lastly, know that none of us is perfect, we can never be. But we must always continue trying to smoothen our edges, to improve ourselves, and to make the best versions of ourselves.
