Drinking Alcohol: Health Boost or Health Risk?

In modern time, people love alcohol too much they like to take alcohol because from research we find that moderate alcohol use protects against the cardiovascular disease that involves the heart or blood vessels. This means a 2-3 glasses of beer a day for men and 1-2 in a day for women. As we know alcohol is harmful to health but after studies, our experts found so many positive points of alcohol.

In this article, we are going to discuss both points of alcohol.

Health risk or negative point of alcohol

From research have shown that excessive alcohol is very harmful to health. Too much alcohol can result in serious health consequences, the heavy drink can damage the liver, a fatal disease etc.

Alcohol creates when grain, fruits or vegetable are fermented. As we know heavy alcohol intake very dangerous for health, it can damage liver and effect to the stomach of the human being. Heavy users of alcohol destroy to the digestive system.

Today we see that almost 80-percent teenagers have tried alcohol and it directly affect to their brain. Scientist research that human brain still developing during teenage, so it’s directly affected to teenager’s brain. And affect on thinking the power of students and reduce the memory power etc. when you use alcohol in the large amount you can also fail to your memory and learning power.

Heavy drinking, affect to us mentally as well as physically both at the same time. The human body is very conscious, and it effects very quickly. Alcohol is effect very bad to health and increases the level of disease in our body.When you drink alcohol it’s absorbed into your bloodstream and affects every part of the body. From it also mentally impaired Distorted perception (sight, sound, touch)

Moderate drinkers live long on average than abstainers. Alcohol protects us from heart disease conducted by the American cancer society with a half million Americans found that men and women over age 30 lived longer on average when they drank moderately alcohol decrease blood pressure which is the cause of heart attack. Alcohols protect us from the all heart disease or cancer and today’s common disease cardiovascular disease.

So many people said that they take alcohol for eliminating stress. It is right; when we take a small amount of alcohol we can remove our stress or overcome for some time. Alcohol is not the solution to our problem but it gives relaxation and calm to the brain.

Quit drinking also benefits for protecting from cold. Smokers’ use smoking because to safe from cold but nonsmoker is use alcohol to protect or decrease the common cold. In 2002, according to the New York Times, Spanish’s researchers’ found that by drinking eight to fourteen glasses of wine per week, particularly red wine, one could see a 60% reduction in the risk of developing a cold.

Moderated drinkers safe from the gallstone, because of alcohol effect to stones and it helps to break stone. Doctors also suggested to the patient if they suffered to a gallstone, to use alcohol not heavily but the small amount may be beneficial to reduce the risk of gallstone.
