6 Ways to Keep Your Mind Sharp

Our nature and behavior with others or ourselves only depends on our thoughts and our thoughts come from our mind. We cannot state how sharp/ strong our mind, from mouth. Our thoughts state to other how strong sharp our mind. The importance of keeping your mind sharp cannot be overstated. We’re all part of an extraordinary intellectual and information economy, which thrives on idea, creativity and intelligence. Keeping our mind sharp is sure to give you the edge over the competition, and more importantly lead to your own higher levels of Happiness.

When your mind is too strong or top shape, you will…

  1. Have greater motivation and thoughts.
  2. Change your vantage/viewpoint towards words.
  3. Come up with more creative ideas.
  4. Find true reason beyond a thought or words.

I’d like to share a few practice, I’ve found extremely beneficial in keeping my mind sharp and can help you as well:

      1.Believe in yourself.

First we need to believe ourselves.  If we decide to do, we determined that we’ll do that anyhow.  To keep our mind sharp, believe to do anything and yourself. If we lose our believe from ourselves we can’t do anything and we cannot change our thought process. It’s become very tough to keep our mind sharp.

      2.Use your sense instead of a calculator.

We must be use our mind behind any reason and try to see things with every angles according to you. We judge the things according to your mind not from others view. After result we get new point of the nature whether right or wrong.

      3.Continue reading, gripping knowledge

Sorry to use a cliched quote, but education is not preparation for life, education is life itself. It should be something pleasurable and done for intrinsic reason above all else. Read blogs or points of subject both within your fields pr new field (you know nothing about) its help to absorbing knowledge or experience of other.Read book; watch lectures on fascinating new subject; read about our society’s histories; take in a new form of art you’ve never experience , from these you get new ideas, knowledge, skill or experience.

     4.Find a special talent and show your creativity.

There is no any special time to search your talent and not decide the stage to find and show own talent or develop it.After become expertise in your talent invent your creativity from talent and show to others. Develop the ways of creativity.

     5.Get ideas from others experience.

Listen, watch and read the other’s experience. Because other’s experience give new ideas, skill. From other experience we improve or sharp our mind. After we spread own new experience to other.

     6.Eat well, sleep well and exercise often.

We should give our mind proper rest; we keep our health well and do exercise daily to keep our mind sharp. Brain exercise to get mentally fit. Scientists are starting to think that regular aerobic exercise may be important things you can do for the long-term health of your brain.
